1. Gate opens 45 minutes before the movie starts. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to allow enough time for parking and setup. Late arrivals may not be permitted entry.
2. Parking Guidelines
Please follow the instructions of our parking assistants to ensure safe distances and a clear view for all.
Parking priority is based on arrival time, but all vehicles will be guided to designated spots to maintain an optimal viewing experience. Taller vehicles (such as SUVs and 7-seaters) will be directed to the sides or back rows to avoid blocking others.
Once parked, kindly switch off your headlights to preserve the atmosphere for everyone.
3. Audio and Viewing
Movie audio will be transmitted via FM radio. Please ensure your car radio is functional or bring a portable FM radio. If needed, radio rental services available - limited quantity, online reservation recommended.
All attendees are welcome to sit outside their vehicle (e.g., on lawn chairs).
4. Food and Drinks
All attendees are welcome to bring own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.
Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
5. Ticket Policy
Tickets are valid only for the specific movie, date, and time selected during purchase. Tickets cannot be transferred to another date or event.
All attendees must present a valid e-ticket or confirmation email at the entrance.
Tickets are non-refundable except in cases where the event is canceled by Gentle Pause.
6. Weather Policy
In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g. Red Rainstorm Warning, Thunderstorm Warning, or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above), Gentle Pause reserves the right to cancel the event for safety reasons.
If an event is cancelled due to weather, ticket holders will be eligible for one free rescheduling within 3 months from the original event date (subject to availability and event schedule).
